For some time now, I have been collecting mini Jello tin molds. You can find them at most antique stores and estate sales.
This type of tin is very soft, so drilling a hole is very easy. Before drilling holes, you will need to purchase a string of lights, you can find string light almost all year long now. Once you determine the thickness of your bulb, find a drill bit similar in size. Then proceed with drilling holes.
Start at the first light bulb by placing this in the hole that was drilled in the tin, continue placing bulbs in tins until you are done.
I love the look of these as they give off such a warm glow.
